Terms of Service

Targetnas provides a web application for organizations and workspaces to manage social accounts, create and publish content (including TikTok videos and Meta posts), run campaign workflows, view available analytics, and manage team access and subscriptions.

Features depend on your plan, permissions, and which platforms you connect. We may improve, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when practical.

You must be legally able to enter a contract and use Targetnas for lawful business or professional purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.

Organization owners and admins are responsible for members they invite and for content published from their workspaces.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Targetnas a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service you request (including delivering media to Meta, TikTok, or other platforms when you publish).

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the accounts you connect and the content you publish, and that your use complies with Meta, TikTok, and other platform terms, community guidelines, advertising policies, and applicable law.

You must not use Targetnas to spam, infringe intellectual property, mislead users, violate privacy rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Publishing and ads features rely on third-party APIs. Platforms may change permissions, rate limits, or availability. Targetnas is not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or account actions taken by those platforms. Disconnecting an integration or losing platform approval may interrupt related features.

Paid plans, limits, and pricing are described in the product. Fees are charged through our payment providers. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You agree not to reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law; probe or overload our systems; resell Targetnas without permission; or use the service in any way that harms Targetnas, other customers, or end users of social platforms.

You may stop using Targetnas at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay fees, or if required by a platform partner or law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Targetnas is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific reach or performance on social platforms, or that third-party APIs will remain unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Targetnas and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Targetnas for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You will defend and indemnify Targetnas against claims arising from your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or platform policies.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
