Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Targetnas (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web application and related services.

Who we are

Targetnas is a social media workspace for businesses, creators, and agencies. It helps teams connect social accounts, create content, publish posts (including TikTok videos), manage campaigns, and collaborate inside organizations and workspaces.

Information we collect

Account information you provide when you register or update a profile (such as name, email, and password credentials stored as secure hashes).

Organization and workspace data, including membership roles, invitations, billing plan status, and settings needed to operate the product.

Content you create or upload in Targetnas, such as captions, media files, drafts, and published post records.

Connected-platform data when you authorize Meta, TikTok, or other supported networks: profile identifiers, account names, usernames, profile images, advertiser or page metadata the APIs return, and OAuth access/refresh tokens we store encrypted on our servers.

Usage and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate Targetnas; authenticate users; connect and refresh social accounts; upload and publish content you request; show dashboards, calendars, and analytics returned by platform APIs; process subscriptions and entitlements; prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues; and communicate service-related notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected TikTok or Meta tokens to post on your behalf without an action you take in Targetnas (for example publishing from Content Studio).

Connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, and others)

When you connect a platform, Targetnas requests only the permissions required for the feature you use (for example Login Kit and Content Posting scopes for TikTok organic publishing, or Marketing API access for TikTok Ads advertisers).

Platform providers process data under their own terms and policies. You can revoke Targetnas access at any time from the platform’s app settings and by disconnecting the account inside Targetnas. Revoking access may stop publishing and sync features until you reconnect.

Media storage

Files you upload for publishing (such as images or videos) may be stored with our cloud storage provider so Targetnas and connected platforms can retrieve them for publishing. We retain uploaded media as needed to provide the service and related post history unless you delete the content or your account where the product allows.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run Targetnas (hosting, databases, media storage, email, analytics, and payment processors) under contracts that limit use to providing those services.

We share content and tokens with social platforms only as needed to complete connections, publishing, insights, or ads features you use.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data.

Your choices

You may update account details in the product, disconnect social accounts, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights. Organization owners and admins control member access inside their tenants. Contact us using the details below to make a privacy request.

Children

Targetnas is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of Targetnas after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through in-app support if you have a Targetnas account, or email the organization owner listed on your Targetnas workspace. If you operate Targetnas for your company, ensure a monitored contact email is available for users and platform reviews.
